Process Mass Temperature Control Stability of +/-0.01K

The temperature control for many processes call for stable temperature control. Huber’s “Unistats” state a control stability of 0.01K (+/-0.01°C). This is given under conditions dictated by “DIN127654”. But we prefer to show and demonstrate technical specifications under a more practical environment that better reflect conditions in the “real world”. The graphic shows one such test: a 15-liter Glass Lined Stainless Steel (GLSS) reactor from DDPS QVF connected to a Unistat 510w via vacuum insulated tubing. The control stability of the reaction mass is comfortably within the stated stability +/-0.01K.
