Brutal power, precise control

The graphic shows the results from a case study using a Unistat 510w H12 NR (using a Natural Refrigerant) controlling the process mass in a 100-litre glass jacketed reactor from Chemglass. The task was to cool the process mass from 20°C to -20°C, stabilize and then heat the process mass back to 20°C. The graphic shows the incredible control characteristics when the process mass is heated back to 20°C. The jacket temperature heats from just below -20°C to 93°C (113K) in less than 20-minutes to drag the process mass towards 20°C before rapidly cooling to bring the process mass back to 20°C within 30-minutes with a minimal overshoot.
